The Large Movable Alphabet in cursive is a great way to teach spelling and grammar.  The set comes in two lidded boxes which have the letters printed on the bottom of each compartment for easy organization.  The letters are made of wood about 3 mm thick, and measure 5 cm tall for small letters like a, e and o, and 9 cm tall for larger letters like d, b and k. The letters are approximately one-third larger than the letters of the Small Movable Alphabet (cursive).  The set includes five of each consonant in red, and twenty of each vowel in blue.
